No, I don’t mean Foie gras, although actually that is what Foie gras is - fatty goose liver. I mean HUMAN liver. It’s one of the more common and dangerous consequences of insulin resistance, and at the time of this writing, it is estimated that 50% of the adult population in the US has it.
